We are out-of-network due to our one patient one therapist per hour approach. This has been proven to accelerate recovery time and improve overall treatment outcomes.

Cancellation Policy

If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged $75 for a physical therapy session and the full cost of any personal training session. Subsequent late cancellations are full cost for physical therapy.
